Very helpful book

This book is easy to read. It was one of the first books to effectively describe each of the measurements (Throughput, Inventory, Operating Expense) and provides examples of how they are applied in different scenarios. It also provides a big picture view (not just financial)called the balanced scorecard which includes customer service measurments, lead time, constraint management. It provides examples on how to weight different views or perspectives to determine measurement priority.
