ME-NISTRY BEFORE MINISTRY is an anthology, written by some of the Members of Pearls & Pauls Emotional Healing Center, a 501c3/NGO that serves as a support system for those who seek emotional healing while offering mentorship and leadership. They are popularly known as P2.

On January 1st, 2023, Founder/President of P2, H.E Dr. Omenesa Oruma Akomolafe announced her yearly theme, which sounded more like an instruction as opposed to a Prophesy. She encouraged her members to focus on their families, finishing school, attending to their inner wounds, and being good stewards of their finances. The results of her followers were immense, hence she decided they encourage the masses by penning down this book.
