Me Myselves and Us is the follow up to Holding Space. It takes off from Holding Space and urges us to take action. The most important action is to release the stories that are attached to us and block us from moving forward. How do we do that? Cairo presents us a range of activites, from mentally creating distance to rigorous physical work to facilitate personal and collective transformations. Again she uses personal stories to help her audience embrace the concepts. In Holding Space Cairo's reflection quote was "thank you", now it is "let's get moving" or "let's keep moving". Her writing style has been described as easily accessible and welcoming. Her goal again is to invite all people to join the journey towards a better humanity.
