IIS 4.0 Rapid Review Study Guide

I liked the book. It was the second one I read on IIS 4. The subject was well covered. I felt prepared for the test. Of course the idea that all you need is to read one book and you will pass is nonsense, unless you have a lot of experience with the product. Yes, there were a few errors, but every MCSE book I've read has them. What I liked most about the book was the way complex issues were explaned. I kept saying to myself as I read, "OK, now I understand". Everything was helpful, nothing I didn't need to know. The pactice test on the CD was quite helpful as well.

This book is all you need!

I had NO experience with his software before taking the exam. I bought this book after reading the reviews, and found it to be a tremendous value.This is a difficult exam! I failed it the first time, because I used inadequate materials (Exam Cram, MS Curriculum materials). This book contains all the information you need to pass the exam. After a thorough re-review using this material only, I easily passed the second time. My confidence level increased dramatically.

A must have for passing IIS 4.0

This book throughly expains IIS 4.0 inside and out in terms that even a non technical person could understand. I read Exam Cram and Sybex series on IIS 4.0 and this has got them both beat. Even if you dont have access to IIS and NT Server and cant do the hands on exercises (which are great) you will still get all the info you need to pass the exam. The great thing is you dont have to wade through alot of junk you dont need to know. As the book claims "This is all you need to pass IIS 4.0". The practice quiestions at the back of the chapter and on the CD are also good. It helped me to pass my last exam and now I am MCSE! Randy McHugh A+,MCSE and MCP+I

Excellent book

As an instructor I highly recommend this book. Rapid Review is an excellent supplement to the Microsoft™ official curriculum. The easy to read format coupled with the review and excercise activities included at the end of each chapter provide full understanding of the topics necessary to successfully complete the IIS exam.

I bought a few books to prepare for my exam, and this book is the BEST that I have seen. It 's easy to read and understand since the Author gave real life examples that you can relate to. I passed 4 tests already and hope that this book will help me to pass the 5th one. I have about 100 computer boooks at home and this book is one of my favorite. There's very very few good book out there for IIS4. Trust me, I've done my research. So my recommendation to you is run and get this book. I feel I have a solid understanding of IIS4 now. There's some minor errors but you should be able to catch it.
