In book one, we left Andy, Carl and their parents safe but trapped in Max's secret base in the cave under Nubee Hill.During a daring rescue from the evil Brethren, Andy overheard plans to simultaneously assassinate the President and Vice President of the United States and a number of other world leaders to cause chaos and start wars among the world powers.
