By Dave Anderson

Matthew and Me invites readers on an inspirational and deeply personal journey that will bring them to a powerful encounter with Jesus through the Gospel of Matthew. Reflecting on Christ's life, teachings, and miracles, Dave Anderson tackles the fundamental question, Who is this Jesus we claim to follow? His answer will call believers beyond institutional religion and into a genuine friendship with the Lord.

More than just a verse-by-verse commentary, Matthew and Me blends biblical insight, personal anecdotes, and practical application as it examines challenging passages in Matthew and provides Scripture-based guidance for facing life's challenges. By examining how Jesus acted and how He responded to people, we gain a deeper understanding of His mission and heart.

Anderson writes honestly about both the joy and the cost of following Christ as an authentic disciple on a daily basis, resulting in a book that speaks meaningfully to the realities of faith in the modern world. Encouraging and grounded in lived faith, Matthew and Me invites readers to rediscover the heart of the Gospel and deepen their walk with Jesus.
