Even on vacation, Mei can't get away from murder.

Pregnant and exhausted, Mei travels to Kubako with her friends, Akiko and Kayo, for a relaxing three-day weekend full of festival food and fireworks. Kayo's family owns the local brewery, and they're excited to finally spend some time with Kayo's parents. While Kayo is stuck dealing with the local police and trying to clear her family's name, Mei makes a shocking discovery at a local farm. Will this be enough to put the real killer behind bars?
