Matilda's Story

I live in the area where this family migrated to - South Sacramento County, Calif. so it was very interesting to me, however, it is a good historical book. If you are into history, family, love, plus adventure, you will enjoy this book. I first read it from our local library and suggested my daughter's 89 year old father-in-law, who is an avid reader, check it out also. Then, I decided to get it for him for a birthday gift and thought I would like a copy also.
