Matilda has been working in administrative jobs for over 20 years. She considers herself to be a great employee; conscientious, polite, smart as well as thoughtful, in short, a fine addition to any organization. Somehow though, Herman Braddock, her new boss, doesn't seem overly impressed. He seems unprofessional to Matilda and, at times, surprisingly overly friendly.
