The flat galaxy rotation curve anomaly, since its discovery by Fritz Zwicky (1933) and Vera Rubin (late 1970s), remains unsolved for almost a century to this day. This cosmic anomaly is rooted in the fact that stars in most of the rotating disk of their spiral galaxies (including dwarf ones), and galaxies at the outer rim of their galaxy clusters, move at an unexpected high velocity. This cosmic anomaly has been claimed on the ground of Newton's law of orbital velocity of orbiting celestial objects around their captor (V^2=GM/R). This book is about my potential discovery of a mathematical alternative to the Dark matter claim. This mathematical alternative has come from my first observation of Newton's law equation of universal gravitation (F=GM1M2/R2): And the said mathematical alternative is a set of discovered quantum equations that have an invisible deep functional link with the two said equations of Newton (F=GM1M2/R2 and V2=GM/R). Furthermore, the set of discovered quantum equations has the possibility to recover the missing mass induced by the two said equations of Newton too. My mathematical solution to dark matter anomaly has nothing to do with the Modified Newtonian dynamics solution (MOND) from Mordehai Milgrom presented in 1983, neither with the MOND derived tensor-vector-scalar theory (TeVeS) - aka Bekenstein-Milgrom gravity.
