Extraordinary!

The romance between Victoria and Albert was beautifully portrayed and the acting was great! Masterpiece Theater made just that, a masterpiece. The sets, the costumes, everything was fabulously done. I love this series, but the price for Season One here is ridiculous! I think they'll be stuck for awhile till lowering! But the story, taken from Queen Victoria's diaries(with a touch of "theatrical license") is extremely well done & a wonderful story of Victoria transitioning from coddled child to the reigning sovereign of England & her marriage to her one true love, Prince Albert(who btw, was perfectly cast).
