Mastering Mathematics

Nice little text for reviewing the maths you've long forgotten or were never taught in the first place. It begins with the very basics and works upwards to more complex topics, which is great for those with limited mathematics background or ability. Buckwell provides comprehensive explanations and examples without being too long. It covers a surprisingly wide range of topics, though unfortunately there is no mention of logarithms. The exercises are good to work through.
