The book is a nice overview and is well organized in looking at military records; however, there is no depth with the records that can be found, or how to find them.
The first thing I was looking up was forms such as DD 214. The index has no forms, the glossary has no forms, the summary has no form numbers, and the few forms that are displayed have no numbers either.
A lot of the book is more like a big a-d-v-e-r-t-i-s-e-m-e-n-t. To get any details, you end up having to go online and pay money.
However, you get stuck on traces and need a troubleshooting guide. The author claims this is it.
