Comprehensive Relief !

I have found this particular author to have the right idea about understanding the SAT. The introductory sections and practice questions are very comprehensable for average students to be able to grasp the concepts and as they work the practice tests the questions elevate to a more difficult level.

Yes, buy it.

I haven't taken the SAT yet but this book is very good. First it starts you off with tips on taking the test. Then it tells you to take the practice exam. Then it has a ton of sections that will help you in the areas you have problems in (based on the practice test). It also has a plan for those who start studying early and a plan for those (like me) who wait till the last month or so. It's very helpful!

A very nicely done book

At first, I thought finishing this 600 page book would be a real drag, but it was actually very enjoyable to read. This book provides excellent information on both the SAT and PSAT. All the information in here are very easy to understand and are written clearly. After going through this book I knew EVERYTHING there is to know about the SAT. The book includes 7 full length practice tests, and analysis of the answers. Lessons are broken into different sections for clarity. But, I feel some of the advice given in the book can be sort of misleading, and some of the strategies doesn't really work that well in actual tests. But that is my personal view. I give it 4 stars because like I said some of the strategies aren't good. But this book is the perfect SAT prep course for beginners. I recommend it to everyone who is just starting to review for the test, but anyone that's not unfamiliar with the basics of the SAT should pass on this book and go for a more "advanced" prep course.

Not all the student.

All the student don't need this book. ARCO's Master SAT is kinda Difficult for the studednt who just get into SAT I ....As you see I'm international Student in Korea. But I've already got 1450 SAT.. I've really LOOKING FOR "IT" which upgrade my score..Other books is kinda EAST to improve my score..AFTER Studying this book, I've finally got the 1500.....For the foreign student, VERBAL is the name of the game.. And what is really needed to be the winner... IS the real model test.....
