Good all-around math book

This book is a very good supplement or abbreviated 2nd grade math text. It is 104 pages of varied problems, mostly appropriate for this level. There were only a couple of problems that were really too hard for my son, age 7. We homeschool and had to take a break in the middle of Abeka Arithmetic 2, as my son needed to learn his addition and subtraction facts more thoroughly before proceeding with that book. I used this book as a supplement, along with speed drills and flashcards. It was just right and he enjoyed the varied and "fun" (he likes math) exercises. It would not be enough for a whole year of second grade math on its own, though.
