Being an estiamtor and an instructor in estimating. I found the author's approach to estimating production very inciteful and very unique. Many times everything is estimated by "gut" feelings, but the author showed how you can develop a production rate of your own, using only 2-3 past experiences. The only negative part that needs improvement is the excessive amount of takeoff sheets. The entire last section of the book is a takeoff for a project the author estimated. The book had several useful formulas that are unique to this book.
