When one thinks of the Civil War the battle of Gettysburg always seems to come to mind. What many do not understand is that the war was full of horrilbe engagements such as Fredericksburg. Victor Brooks is an outstanding and clear military historian. If you want to know a little more about this underdone battle, this is the book for you.
