This is the third book in the series of Mary Sumeridge and she is now a teenager and having so much trouble what with homework and her little Knight Troll Nicky.
Mary finds herself taken to worlds like no others in this book. For she stops time which is something no one should never do and because of it she is sent to a dark place where Eddy the vampier is. She has to find her way back home and to do this she must travel through many different lands and fight many battles with evil. Along the way she meets so many different creatures and if it was not for the help from her friends she would stay lost for ever. The dragon and a strange little man who are the keepers of time, are called and Mary finds she must go, alone except for her little Knight Troll who has only become half visable. Mary is having trouble just being a teenager with out all this happering to her. Will she ever find her way home again? Is it possible that this adventure will help her realise just how lucky she is to be a teenager with a family who love her and a best friend who is a Knight Troll.
