A Beautiful Treasure!

I am not normally one for coffee table artistic books, but I was given this book and it is an absolute treasure. Every page is just so beautiful. The images are taken from various works of art from all over the world, all different cultures. It contains full page, close up, head shots of the Madonna or Madonna like figures from various works of art. In the back there is a section with a small B & W print of the entire painting from which each image came. You could not go wrong with buying this book as a gift for any devoted Catholic!
