Get a unique view of Val Lewton and his associates.

I do have a copy of this presentation on a different DVD and have watched it a couple of times on TCM. This is a well-organized and informative documentary narrated by Martin Scorsese. After watching this, you will feel that you know Lewton much better. There may be a few spots where Martin Scorsese omits details or interprets the films differently. However, remember that this is a perspective from Martin Scorsese, and that is what you're here to watch. This is not a typical History Channel presentation. You will eventually want to explore different views on Val Lewton and his movies. Owning this is worth revisiting before and after watching Val Lewton movies.
