It simply tells about the origin and true inner power that comes from the spirit in martial arts and not the false things people give for granted from bad teachers and tv. Only for those who train the soul and mind on tone with the body.

Very good book. Contains brief explanations of essential concepts, theory, and history of the martial arts. Well written. Excellent photos and artwork. Not a technique manual, but a great reference source.
