Marking Time, Red Shirt, And Other Poems: Anderson County Library System 4th Annual Poetry Contest (Anderson County Library System's Annual Poetry Contest)

Anderson County, South Carolina professional and amateur writers from age 12 up were invited to submit their poetry to the Anderson County Library System's annual contest. The library received 177 entries from teens and adults. These were judged by Dr. Bob Hanley, Vice Provost for Academic Advising, Professor of English and Education, at Anderson University. Dr. Hanley selected grand prize winners, one in the age 12-17 catagory and one in the age 18+ category. The submitted poems are presented here.
