Marguerite Duras Lives On is a collection of essays published in English by the Duras Society between the fall of 1989 and spring 1993 and includes various critical schools of Durassian Scholars. Organized by genres, this book includes an essay on Duras's theater, five essays on her films, several essays on her novels and also an essay on feminist theory dealing with issues of the female voice and identity in Duras's work.
