The present work is basically a study on policy premise of the state intervention. The core quest of this compilation is to bring to surface the policy dichotomy that is the planning-implementation divide alongside a query on capability enhancement. Government policies are meant to uplift the vulnerable segment of the society. On these scores, the present engagement underscores the need for and the significance of a holistic policy premise.
