Mapp and Lucia

This TV series is a wonderful representation of Benson's novels which are also worth a read. The TV series is quarky, eccentric, funny and wonderfully acted. The screenplay gives a us a good look at some beauitiful English countryside and customs. The characters are highly entertaining, and I personally never get tired of watching this. the newer series is also excellent.
