The Redneck, free from distractions such as NASCAR racing and TV evangelism, could create a new era of battle-ready vehicles, cannons, portable siege/prison towers, killdozers, metal-encased and defense hardened homes. An enemy of all this innovation will be the anarcho-primitivists who will want a New Eden and an end to all things mechanical, a rise of simple primitives living as co-equals with Nature. The Redneck should see these as enemies, but also see the opportunities. Gone will be the institutions that would protect the rights of primitivists. The anarcho-primitivists may be the perfect practice space and targets for a Redneck-Technologist Renaissance.
