Man's Duty In Light Of God's Sovereignty

If we had a view of God that was millions of times greater than we have, God would still be infinitely grander than that. Our God is most awesome, and that is what I want to show in the first one-third of this short book. God is most awesome, and He is the Sovereign One. From there I will go into our responsibility in light of His Sovereignty and grace. The last third of the book will cover the duty of man in light of what is generally understood in terms of predestination.God partnered with mankind to care for the earth and its creatures. God partners with parents to raise their children properly. God partners with governments to bring about justice and foster the goodness of life. So too God partners with individuals and churches to bring to fruition the salvation that is only available in Christ our Savior.We have a part to play. We cannot continue to love our own lives and the things of this world as we wait for Heaven. The Apostle Paul said, "So then, my beloved, just as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your salvation with fear and trembling; 13 for it is God who is at work in you, both to will and to work for His good pleasure" (Philippians 2:12-13). These two verses are my whole point, and there is no other.
