Charlie is a ten-year-old boy suffering from PTSD inflicted by his abusive mother. When his mother abandons him at the Aldeon City Mall on Christmas Eve night, Charlie must find a way to escape the mall and its legions of evil mannequins. Along the way, Charlie is forced out of his social bubble in order to team up with sole-surviving mall cop, Officer Owens, and a misunderstood mannequin guard. Together, Charlie, Officer Owens, and Guard must combat the dark mannequin forces to make it out alive.
