Do you love Mondays? I do, now. But I didn't always. Most people don't like Mondays. Why? We all know why. They have to work. And on Friday they come alive again. I feel very happy where I am right now, with what I have achieved so far. But I also feel I have so much more I want to do. So many ideas and projects I want to realise. I have spent far too long thinking, not doing. Words, but no deeds. Dreams, but no action. It is time to change that. This book is about doing what you love, realising the dreams you have in life, making small changes that over time lead to big changes. I wrote it because I believe many people need it. I know I need it And it has already changed me, for the better. It is my proof of concept - what is in it works.
