Managing Your Self is a unique and ground breaking guide to increasing personal and professional effectiveness in a business context. Now available in paperback, the book shows students and managers how to contribute effectively and progressively to their organizations while enjoying more effective, dynamic and satisfying professional and personal lives.
I bought this book 5 years ago and since then I bought and read plenty of similar. But this one really presents, in a plain and practical language, all the subjects (and problems) I meet in my daily work!
A must read for Covey fans!

While Covey calls it the "gap", Parikh expands this concept with "centering". One of the top five self development books I have read. Parikh has you look at life from an eastern perspective, but with a western utility.Highly recommended!

Never read a book with practical knowledge from east and west. Old knowledge in a serious new age style. For highermanagement a nice combination of insight of mind, body and emotions. A lot of practical models and systeems that you can use the next day in your organisation. Full of figures and cartoons. Very pleasand to read. I use this book as a gift in my excecutive coaching.
