Jerry is the best

Having had the pleasue to meet Jerry and read his book (cover to cover) I can say that nobody gets this better than he does. Change is about simple steps (isnt everything that is worth doing) and Jerry explains this as well in his book as he does in person. A must, even if you just want to focus on communicating with people, regardless of the change element. Be like Bamboo!! Your the best Dr J!
