This book has been used as required text in a college management class, students responses were extremely positive. There is good use of contemporary management terminology and practical applications of the implications of management ideas. Students particularly appreciated the author's utilization of clear ,informative exercises to illustrate management concepts. Students indicated that the team building,motivating,transformation,becoming multicultural and manging stress chapters were timely and important.The strongest support for the book was evidenced by the fact that most of the students planned to keep the book for use in professional careers.
