Excellent Book

I found this book to be "right on". It targets the need-to-know information providing practical how-to techniques without the fluff. It is an excellent book for new supervisors and for those wishing to refresh their skills. I rarely write reviews and rarely praise a book, but I found this book to be an exceptional book.

Gene Mage challenges the reader to scrutinize the management techniques being implemented within his/her own organization, and to chart their course towards managing effectively and efficiently. A quick read you'll be glad you picked up.
