I am Kyle Bowles. I was born April 7, 1948 in an old farm house at Slick Rock in Barren County, Kentucky and now live in Temple Hill. My parents were John Allen and Effie Pauline Bowles. I am the only boy of the family with 5 sisters. I have traveled very little in my lifetime. Although from time to time it is good to go and make new friends from other places, my heart is in Barren County and always will be. I hope you enjoy reading my book as much as I have enjoyed writing the stories and hope you get a blessing from some of them.
