adorable

We just bought this for our 2 year old son and we love it! He knows his sister is in mommy's big belly and it's been great to show him pictures of babies inside mommies. The lift the flap format is great, and each baby has a tab as well. For example, one of the puppies can stick it's tongue in and out, and the dolphin baby swims in a circle inside the mommy. FYI this isn't really a board book, it's just sturdy paper like you expect in a lift the flap type of book. Great book, we read it all the time.

EXCELLENT book for little soon-to-be siblings!!!

My 2-year old daughter found this at the bookstore before we even told her about the new baby, and I absolutely love it!!! We read it at least every other day, and even though she still doesn't know she's going to be a big sister, she is learning that babies grow in mommies' tummies. This is a beautifully illustrated book with friendly animals that children will love, and what kid can resist a lift-the-flap book? I highly recommend this book to anybody with a toddler/preschool sibling-to-be!
