This book, "Mama Said... (I Can )", is inspired by the encouragement, lessons and motivation that my mother, or Mama as I call her, has given me throughout my life. "Mama Said..." is more than just my autobiography, it is my testimony... Living with a disability is difficult but by the grace of God, I'm at a point in my life where I've come to realize, there are no limits. Since I made God the head of my life, He has transformed me from a young girl with low self-esteem to a mighty woman of God with faith that can move mountains My testimony reveals in depth, the trials and tribulations I faced in life living with Cerebral Palsy. Many days of tears, pain, and the desire to be accepted by others. Many years searching for a purpose in life and looking for love in all the wrong places. Through it all, Mama was right there, smoothing things out and helping me over hurdles I thought were too high to jump. This is not the story of a sympathy run but simply of a victory won It's to show all people, disabled or not, that the standards that man and doctors give you may not be at the same level of the standards God gives you. I've risen over what living with a disability insists and I'm yet striving for higher heights beyond my imagination.
