AS A PREGNANT WOMAN, I THOROUGHLY ENJOYED THIS BOOK.

THIS BOOK COULDN'T HAVE BEEN WRITTEN AT A BETTER TIME. I WAS PREGNANT WITH MY FIRST CHILD AND OFTEN REFERRED TO IT FOR FUN, AND WHEN I EXPERIENCED CERTAIN AILMENTS, CRAVINGS, AND SYMPTOMS DURING PREGNANCY.THE BOOK WAS VERY WELL WRITTEN. IT WAS A PLEASURE TO READ ABOUT THE MANY MYTHS/WIVES TALES PASSED ON BY AFRICAN-AMERICAN WOMEN FROM GENERATION TO GENERATION. I PURCHASED SEVERAL COPIES AND GAVE THEM AS GIFTS TO FRIENDS WHO WERE ALSO EXPECTING. I CAN'T WAIT TO FOR CHRIS' NEXT BOOK TO HIT THE SHELVES.
