Mama Bear's Porridge Was Cold: A 30 Day Devotional for the Mama Who's Making Sticky Floors Holy Ground

By Lacey Renee Combs

Motherhood is holy-but some days, it just feels hard.

You're exhausted. The laundry is multiplying. The coffee is cold (again). And deep down, you wonder if anyone sees how much you're pouring out... or if any of it even matters.

Mama Bear's Porridge Was Cold is a 30-day devotional written for the burnt out and seemingly unseen mama-the one who's running on grace and goldfish crumbs, wondering if her quiet, everyday faithfulness is enough.

Through scripture-rich reflections, real-life storytelling, and heartfelt prayers, this devotional offers encouragement for:
- The mama who feels invisible in her own home
- The one who's spiritually dry but still showing up
- The woman who's lost her joy and longs to feel close to God again
- And every mama wondering if she's messing it all up

Inside you'll find:
- 30 daily devotionals rooted in the King James Version (KJV) of Scripture
- Honest, relatable stories from the heart of a real mama
- Simple prayers to help you reconnect with God-even on the hardest days

Written by Lacey Combs-wife, mom, business owner, and believer in holy ground made from sticky floors-this book is an invitation to breathe, to laugh, to cry, and most of all... to be reminded that God sees you.

Whether you're hiding in the bathroom for five minutes of peace or squeezing this in between soccer practice and dinner-this book was written for you.
