Colonel Rogers and his Consolidated Support Battalion are holding a military exposition in conjunction with the grand re-opening of a regional shopping mall. Without warning, a sudden world-ending bombardment of debris falls out of the sky. The Colonel and his soldiers, with the able assistance of the mall staff, must now quickly struggle to fortify the mall and defend the huge crowd of attendees from the falling debris as well as the deadly plague that ensues. Then the real work of housing (and feeding ) this large group of survivors begins.
