I expected this book to explain how to make tea beverages from scratch. Instead, many of the recipes rely on flavored teabags and and then doctor up the beverage rather than starting from scratch. Want raspberry tea? Start with a raspberry tea bag and garnish the drink. The same for apricot tea, orange and spice, and others. Not ALL recipes in the book use commercial flavored teas, but many do. The book is visually appealing and easy to read. Unfortunately, it's not what I was expecting.
