Making women leaders visible

In these pages the reader will find the development of an exploratory study that investigates women's perception of their leadership in the business, institutional and political sectors. Through focused interviews, the discourse of six leaders with a high degree of social recognition is examined in order to look for divergences and points in common according to factors such as the type of organization they lead, their age, or their ideological and feminist orientation. It is interesting to know if age, ideology or feminism are related to their way of thinking or exercising leadership. This will serve to provide a space of visibility to women who, even today, have greater difficulties than men in accessing positions of power, and it will also focus on some of the reasons for this phenomenon. The work will serve as a support for future studies that delve deeper into this line of research.
