Cirrus Cumulus lives in an atypical sort of life as he leads an atypical sort of crew aboard the Nimbus. With the technologies that they have which allows them to control the weather, the team works hard to provide services to those who inquire about them. Percival White is the engineer that accompanies the captain in all of his journeys, providing counsel and leading the crew alongside him. Together, they transverse through different locations to answer the call of help from its people. Filling water to the dried-up lake of Windermere, finding the missing pilot of Soft Blows, and providing weather entertainment to curious children are few of the many services they willingly adhere to. The miracles that they created were worthy of praise, but the opposing faults of their journey dampens this regard. It is now up for Captain Cumulus to handle the adversities coming their way, as he is not just the captain of his crew, but a father image to these men too
