Do you dream of being a homesteader but you are afraid to sink your life's savings into something you aren't sure about? We learned ways to incorporate gardens in a pretty yard that kept the neighbors happy. We learned that it doesn't have to be all or nothing. Now I think it is time to spread the message.You can start homesteading from anywhere Even in a small apartment in a city you can begin learning the skills you need to be successful homesteaders. You can learn what works for you and what doesn't before you start. You can have failures while you aren't depending on the success to provide what you need. All homesteads don't look alike. This will help you try various things and more clearly define what you want to incorporate into your homestead. This will give you the opportunity to try homesteading activities on a small scale and see if it is what you really want to do before you go to the expense of buying property.
