More and more strangers were coming to warn me in whispered tones about Mark's infidelity. The signs were overwhelming. Mark was having an affair. Some of his friends knew it and even dropped hints. Later I realized there were some signs I had ignored at the time.

When my first marriage ended, I was drained, angry, and depressed, almost to the point of being disabled. It got so bad that my mother had to help bathe me, a grown woman with 3 children. I almost lost my faith. But over the next few years, God would heal me and turn my life completely around. Now I enjoy a marriage where I don't have to "make him loyal." So how was I able to move to a new country, earn two college degrees, start a new career, and rebuild a new life with my three children? To share the story of how I got into that situation and how God turned ashes into beauty is exactly why I've written this story of hope.
