Chicken Paprikas is probably the best thing I have ever put in my mouth! My mother is the only person I've ever known who could make it. No restaurant, Deli, friend, or family member could make this incredible dish the way my mother does. I've been asked by countless number of friends if they can have the recipe and until today - the answer was no. We simply didn't have one. Mom's recipe came straight out of the gypsy camps of the late 1800's Hungary! After years of begging she put this rendition down on paper and I, with her full permission, am sharing it here today with the world!
