This is a great book for an investor who is new to real estate or for a real estate investor with some experience like me who is serious about real estate and understands that to be very successful, learning from seasoned, very successful investors like Gregory Warr can give you a huge advantage and help enormously in achieving the goal. For those of us without rich dads, being able to learn about "tricks of trade" straight from the source is invaluable. I read the book from cover to cover on the day when I bought it. The book is easy to read and full of valuable and practical recommendations such as: invest in low- to middle-income housing as more people are looking for low- to middle income housing than those who are looking for high-income housing. Mr. Warr shares some insightful ideas about financing of properties, structuring the offer and negotiating, and managing multiunits. The book bursts with energy, which is very contagious. It clearly shows that it is possible to create wealth and stability investing in multinunits and guides you how this can be done. The best part is that Mr. Warr shares a lot of his personal experience, so his examples and recommendations are very convincing. After reading this book, I felt like a new door is now open for me. I am looking forward to closing on my first multiunit.

Great info on financing and negotiation

This book gives a great overview on buying multi-unit properties. I wanted to find out if this is an area of real estate investment that I would want to pursue and the book gave me all sorts of insight into this world. I was especially interested in the chapters on financing and negotiation and found them very enlightening. And the chapters on locating properties and analyzing them were well-detailed and gave me lots of ideas on how I could really make money using these strategies Having been to the Robert Allen seminars, the Russ Whitney seminars and even the Nouveau Riche seminars, it was so refreshing to NOT be handed a bunch of hype by Greg Warr's book. I ended up reading the book from cover to cover, found it easy to follow and actually enjoyable to read, and feel that I learned a lot about buying multi-unit property. The formula's for analyzing potential properties were themselves worth the price of the book! I have seen Greg Warr on Fox News and I understand that he has also appeared on CNN, on MSNBC and Bloomberg talking about real estate. He is obviously a well-respected and knowledgeable investor and I felt that I was getting the advice of someone who really knows his subject.

A MUST READ FOR REAL ESTATE INVESTORS!

The info in this book is extremely valuable for anyone who wants to increase their returns on investment in real estate. There is so much concrete detail to accomplish this goal, whether it be finding the right property, investing using other people's money, negotiating, structuring offers, efficiently closing, finding the best management company, knowing how to increase rents and many other important strategies. The author seems to have vast experience in this field. The book delivers the promised "know how" in a step-by-step manner in a concise, highly readable form. Highly recommended

Great niche, very comprehensive

This book is very informative, and holds a very interesting strategy. For new investors it contains a purchase contract and goes over it clause by clause. He explains things clearly and easily. Its well-organized and has practical, feasible steps. He explains an interesting niche and is pretty comprehensive. A good book to invest in
