Mysterious and Haunting

I really loved the writing, the story, the originality, and the mystery of this thrilling and trying tale! Perfect blend of spooky, thrill, grief and understanding one’s grief, power and the use of power, and so much more! Grief was a huge aspect of this book and it really makes you question “what would you do if the one you loved died when they shouldn’t have?” Also, the question behind power and who deserves to have it. The main character was super unique and possessed a power unlike what has been understood before! Also a power we have never heard of in this type of re-telling! There were elements that were iffy to me in terms of the writing, but otherwise I REALLY enjoyed this story and would definitely re-read this re-telling of Frankenstein.
