Make-Ahead Cooking

The book Make-Ahead Cooking is the people who like to cook or who like to read recipes well this is the book for you. Learn how to make yummy sweet leftover creation holiday meals and overnight marinades all these and more. This book I think would be a 6th to 7th grade on up book to read. Make- Ahead Cooking applies to some of these questions like " Do you think the book is up to date?" I don't think that this book is up to date because there is more recipes out then in here plus it date back to 2001. I would say they need to put more in here then what they got, but for the most part there are good recipes in this book. Some other question that applied to this book is " Does this book keep your interest?" yes this book kept my interest because I like to cook during the time I have and I might keep your as well as it did mine. Another thing about this book is that it starts out with some friends & family recipes that are really good, and then it goes into summer food, holiday meals and much more. At the end it has some How To thing so you can make ahead with cooking. This will help you with them big dinners you might have. In conclusion I would recommend this to you and others. I also give this book 5 stars (out of a scale 1 to 5) because it give you tips how to and the food is grate in here. I hope you have as much fun as I did with this book.
