Great Book of Desserts Recipes

This is a great book. I have been making the carrot cake for many years - it is the best recipe I have for carrot cake. The cream cheese icing is very good and is not overly sweet as some, and has a good flavor of the cream cheese. The recipe makes good carrot cake muffins/cupcakes as well - just adjust the baking time. All the recipes I have made from this book have been good with detailed instructions.
