Raised within the walls of Nox Palace, Princess Wroenna has lived a restricted life with little knowledge of the outside world. At eighteen-years-old, she discovers everything she was told was a lie and the kingdom of Nox was taken before she was even born. Despite being heir, she is a magick and cannot legally claim back the land. Wroenna is sent to Magick Academy believing some time at the establishment will grant her eligibility. However, she learns the dark secrets hidden within the misnomer that is Magick Academy. Magicks are stolen from their homes, imprisoned, and put to neverending work. When a handsome prince becomes infatuated with her and promises everything she's ever wanted, Wroenna must choose between gaining a kingdom and gaining freedom.
